Method _sprintf

string sprintf(string format, ... Sql.sql_util.ZeroWrapper arg ... )

Returns

Returns the following:

"NULL"	If fmt is 's'.
"ZeroWrapper()"	If fmt is 'O'.

Otherwise it formats a 0 (zero).
