Description

RFC 8446 7.2/4.6.3: queue a HANDSHAKE_key_update under the current (pre-update) write state, then roll current_write_state forward -- per spec, the sender of a KeyUpdate updates its own sending keys immediately (applying to everything sent after the KeyUpdate itself, which is why it must be queued first via send_packet_1_3() rather than send_packet()).

Parameter old_secret

The traffic secret current_write_state is currently keyed from (key_schedule->client_application_traffic_secret or server_application_traffic_secret, whichever is ours).

Returns

The new secret -- the caller must store it back onto whichever key_schedule field old_secret came from.
