Description

TLS 1.3 and later: Transcript-Hash(handshake_messages) (RFC 8446 section 4.4.1), using the negotiated cipher suite's hash.

Note

Unrelated to hash_messages(), which is the TLS 1.0-1.2 Finished-message PRF output, not a plain transcript hash.
