You will need tar, gzip, a C compiler and make to uncompress and compile uLPC.
NOTE: The version numbers are floats! Thus uLPC_v1.0E-8.tar.gz (1.0*10^-8)
is a lot newer than uLPC_v1.7E-12 (1.7*10^-12)
